Lenny Washington is a small town crook who has been hardened by life. He thinks hes found the score of a lifetime when he breaks into a secret facility. Instead of finding the big score, he finds something that changes his life forever. Lenny quickly realizes hes broken into a secret, government lab. Inside the lab he finds a beautiful, silver haired girl floating in a giant aquarium. Against his better judgment, Lenny frees the girl and soon realizes there is more to her than meets the eye. Lenny discovers shes a secret government weapon and that they will stop at nothing to get her back. The two form an unlikely alliance and are forced to go on the run. They must fight their way through a psychotic drug lord and super soldiers alike in order to stay alive but they never give up hope. In the end, truths are revealed and many lives are lost as they are forced to face the greatest threat known to mankind.
